Book Smart Or... Street Smart?

I've been thinking about which is better. Being academically good or Book Smart, or being people-wise, or Street Smart.

I can't deny there are stereotypes about the two. Including the negative ones. They say, book smart people are naïve, easily manipulated, and have bad judgements in bad situations, while street smart are unintelligent and incapable of achieving a higher education.

These 'stereotypes' just actually made me more confused.
You would say, 'Why won't you just be both?' But, really. You simply can't be equally book smart and street smart. Unless... you're perfect. Well, there's a chance you can be 60% and 40% either book smart or street smart.

Moments when I get good grades in school, I say to myself, 'No.. you can't be completely book smart, it's so pointless.' But whenever I managed to make a bad situation into a good one, 'Oh boy, don't forget your grades. You have to be book smart too.'
I know, I'm so impractical. Maybe by the fact that I came from Mercury. (NOT LITERALLY. LOL.) Am I even making a point?

Okay, I'm leaving the question to you, guys. Being Street Smart or Book Smart? Which do you like more?
